I’m the owner and head trainer from Box Bell Fit Bootcamps in Wokingham/Bracknell. We’ve been running bootcamps for the past 7 months from Jennetts Park Bracknell over the spring and summer, and now from Stokes Farm Barn in Wokingham for the winter.
We aim to give you unrivalled results, fun, value and the chance to learn two amazing disciplines that really work – Boxercise & Kettlebells!
From the New Year (Wednesday 4th January) there will be 9.30am to 10.15am Boot Camp sessions on a Monday and Wednesday from the barn at Stokes Farm, Binfield Road, Wokingham. A few people had asked me about running late morning boot camp sessions in addition to the early morning and evening sessions and so we’re going ahead and launching them.
By combining two great proven fitness regimes we can help you to get fitter, burn fat, reduce stress levels, learn new skills in Boxing and Kettlebells, and ensure you get varied and progressive sessions.
The Wokingham sessions will run alongside the existing early morning (6.45am) and evening (18.45pm) sessions and follow the same training plans. 2 sessions per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30am for 4 weeks for £55. This also includes a BBF T-shirt, Nutrition Guide, Bootcamp Workout Guide and support from us.
If you know of anyone that might be interested in the new Wokingham boot camp times please spread the word. The evening sessions are always fully booked and the early mornings are almost nearly full each month with bootcampers getting some great results, having fun and coming back month after month.

Christmas Comedy Special at Cantley Lodge, Wokingham
Take a break from your Christmas preparations, unwind and have a good laugh.
Comedy@Cantley is presenting a Christmas Special on Saturday 17th December, with four of the brightest up-and-coming comics in the country, guaranteed to give you a seasonal giggle.
Matt Richardson was voted best new act at the Newbury and Bath Comedy Festivals, and was runner-up at the Reading Comedy Festival. Just 20, he’s already making a name for himself with his quality, freshness and originality on the national circuit.
Described by The Daily Telegraph as “Jack Black with an English accent and an irreparably damaged personality” Nick Helm won an the award for the funniest one-liner at this year’s Edinburgh Festival with “I needed a password eight characters long so I picked Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.”
Actress and comedienne Janice Phayre is billed as “the little Irish fireball”” and has appeared on TV with the likes of Mitchell and Webb, Rich Hall and Sean Locke – as well as being a hit at comedy festivals as far afield as Melbourne.
